Membership Application
Membership is open to all Cohasset residents. You must be a member of the Club in order to use the boats, attend training programs or secure a dock space. All applications must be completed in full and returned with appropriate registration information for training sessions and dock space no later than May 4, 2008. Please be sure to sign your application and include the appropriate full payment. 

The Club has dock spaces available for individuals who would like to tie up their dinghies. We can accommodate boats up to 12' in length and up to 5' 6'' in beam. No aluminum skiffs are allowed

Training Application
Cohasset Sailing Club offers Junior (10 to 16 years old) and Adult (17 and over) Training on our fleet of nine 14' Capri and four Club 420s.

The learning process includes a combination of classroom instruction and sailing. At the junior level, two-hour classes are given three days a week at five different levels of sailing ability. Each adult training course meets for two hours on Saturday mornings.

A membership application must accompany the training application.

Helmsman Test
The CSC executive committee has voted to institute a Helmsman's Test to protect members and the club from injuries and property damage. During free sailing time at least one person on board must have passed the test. 

Members wishing to skipper a sailboat must have passed both a written and on-the-water test. The contents of the test will include points of sail, docking and similar basic sailing situations.
